Farhan Abu-Leil is the Functional Head of RegTech at Arab Bank Group Regulatory Compliance.

He drives the compliance technology strategy efforts to streamline the RegTech landscape implementation across the AB Group. Furthermore, leading the Digital Transformation of GRC through the incorporation of Hyper-Automation and state-of-the-art technologies inclusive of AI/ML/RPA/BPA and Data Visualization.

A technology enthusiast that believes in democratization of knowledge, technology and its application to help evolving and improving the world, optimizing usage of its resources to provide for a better future of its inhabitants.

Farhan holds Masters Degree in Computer Science and has been a lecturer in the German Jordanian University covering Technology & Project Management. He has 24 years of corporate experience inclusive of Jordan Telecom/Orange, Nexus, Mobily and for the last 7 years has been at the Arab Bank.
